Registered Nurse

Currently hiring RN's for Maternal/Newborn and Pediatric Intermittent Home Care Visits. Flexible schedule to meet your lifestyle needs.

Job Descriptions:

   -Visit families at that critical first home visit after discharge from the hospital

   - Support families by conducting Maternal/Newborn assessments including bili draws and weight checks, providing parent education in the areas of post-partum/ newborn care, breastfeeding, parent-infant bonding, home safety, and other maternal and child health-related concerns

   -Help identify client strengths, needs, barriers, risks and provide community resources for those needs and provide emotional support and feedback when working with new moms, infants, and family members.

   -Pediatrics (wound management, diabetes, asthma, GT/Trachs

   -Coordination of patient's healthcare to other members of the patient's healthcare team

   -Documentation

   -Adult wound care (post-partum wounds)

Job Requirements:

   -Unrestricted RN Nursing License

   -CPR/BLS

   -Home care experience is a plus with a focus on Maternal Health

   -Experience in NICU, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics

   -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients medical providers, and interdisciplinary nursing team

   -Must have own transportation with valid driver's license
